A RIBI... a great restaurant in South Dublin

When the call went out for people to nominate the best restaurants that were now doing either delivery, collection or both in the Dublin area none were more recommended than RIBA in Stillorgan.

The Dinner menu is ever changing but has all the RIBA favourites - fresh pasta, seafood off the boats and dry-aged steaks - as well as those famous chicken wings of course! Of late they have been collecting lobsters off the boats at Bullock Harbour - you really can't find fresher and more local. RIBA has recently started to offer delivery and collection of its Weekend Brunch and they are offering a very serious wine list at off-license prices too. As with all of the restaurants we are reviewing we left it to the chef to decide on a selection for a family of four and the result was overwhelming. The kids loved the Pappardelle al Ragu which was a hand made pasta with Italian sausage ragu while the grown ups had a choice of bullock harbour Lobster, along with a choice fillet steak that was one of the best I have ever had but the winning dish was the wild mushroom panzarotti pasta in truffle cream sauce and everyone went wild for the chicken wings.
