Adidas Silverstone Half Marathon. Extremely windy. Very dull course and a hail storm thrown in for good measure. Horrible race. Only managed 1hr 53mins. Bit concerned about the 3hr 30min goal for London.

Completed the Nike Run London in 44mins 23sec very nearly beating Paula Radcliff. She was 6 months pregnant though.

Perfect late summers day for the London Dualthlon in Richmond Park. Managed a repectable 1hr 52mins.

Madrid Marathon. Slightly more hills than expected and quite warm. Completed it in 3hrs 46mins 11sec and felt like I could have gone faster. 3.30 could be possible next year in London.

Here we go again. Back in Austarlia for a month and have started training for Marathón de Madrid on April 30th.

Completed the Marathon de Paris in 3hrs 59min 57sec. Quite amazing considering I had the flu and only had two months to train due to a broken toe. Didn't feel that clever afterwards.
